How MATCH-3 FPS Works?
MATCHO will feature 3 modes: a rich singleplayer campaign, a challenging endless mode and multiplayer arenas. Each mode introduces a unique gameplay twist on match-3 FPS mechanics. On top of that we plan to release the multiplayer mode as free to invite*. So only one copy of the game is needed to join the fun.
*Multiplayer is currently being in the development, the implementation of friend pass is subject to change.
Tag bugs
In MATCHO, you play as a superhero who can tag dangerous bugs with his hands. Tagging is a crucial part of the gameplay. By tagging three or more bugs of the same color you can create a connection match and make them disappear.
Match'em
After you create a match, you can chain other matches and make enormous combos leading to bigger scores. This system is very easy to understand and learn. And we have discovered that it leads to unique strategic situations in the game.
Don't stop
Use the built-in extensive parkour system to wall-run, double jump, float or dash in any direction you like. Expand your movement range by using the abilities together to make huge combos!
Main features
This is a full-featured indie videogame developed with love by a small group of friends and developers from Czechia. We are making MATCHO with limited resources but without compromise on its design. It‘s the FPS we’ve always wanted to play. And we can‘t wait to see what you‘ll say once you have a chance to play our game too.
We can promise you that you will go through a series of exciting platforming sections, solve clever puzzles and talk with many lovable characters. MATCHO is our own take on a modern super-hero story, with breathtaking visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5.

Release date
MATCHO is currently developed for PC Windows with its release set to 2024 - at the same time, we are aiming to release the game on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
Since we want to release the game on all platforms at the same time, we might have to move the release date near to the end of 2024, but we will inform you in advance if that happens.
The game is not yet rated.
The limited collector‘s edition of the game will be available to pre-order close to the launch. We are not planning any pre-orders for the base version of the game right now.
